Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

OverManager Cloud (cloud.overbuildlabs.com) and the OverManager desktop and mobile applications are operated by OverBuild Labs LLC ("OverBuild Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use these services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to provide the service:

• Account information. When you create an account or sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your name, email address, and basic profile information. With Google sign-in we request only the openid, email, and profile scopes. We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or any other Google data.
• Operational data from your installations. When you connect OverManager or OverMobile to the service, your installations send operational data such as instance names, miner status and hashrate, and alert events so we can display and manage them for you. This is device and mining telemetry, not personal content.
• Technical data. Like most online services, we record standard technical information such as IP addresses and log timestamps, which we use for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use this information to:

• create and authenticate your account;
• provide, operate, and maintain the OverManager Cloud service;
• send transactional email such as address verification, password resets, and the alerts you configure;
• secure the platform, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use Google user data for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

4. Signing In With Google or Microsoft

You can sign in to OverManager Cloud using your Google or Microsoft account. When you do, that provider shares your name, email address, and basic profile information with us so we can create your account or link it to an existing one. We store this information as described in this policy and use it only to identify and authenticate you. We never receive your Google or Microsoft password, and we request no access to your email, files, or contacts. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Account permissions or your Microsoft account settings.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the infrastructure providers ("subprocessors") we rely on to run the service. These currently include Cloudflare (website hosting, content delivery, and DNS), Contabo (server hosting for OverManager Cloud and the mining pool), Resend (transactional email delivery), and — if you purchase a paid subscription — Stripe for payment processing. These providers process data only on our instructions and only to the extent needed to perform their service. We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of our users and the service.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward as needed for backups, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Historical mining telemetry (hashrate, temperature, share statistics, and similar operational data) is visible according to your OverManager Cloud plan: Free plans display live data only; Basic plans show the last 90 days of history; Pro plans show the last 365 days (one year). Regardless of plan, we permanently delete telemetry once it is 24 months old. Upgrading your plan restores visibility into older history that is still within that 24-month window. We may retain anonymized, aggregated statistics (such as pool-wide hashrate) that are not linked to you or your devices.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at support@overbuildlabs.com. We will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it.

7. Security

We store your data on access-controlled servers and encrypt it in transit using industry-standard TLS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

8. Your Privacy Rights (Texas)

We maintain this policy in alignment with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA). Regardless of where you live, you may request that we:

• confirm whether we process your personal data and give you access to it;
• correct inaccuracies in your personal data;
• delete personal data you provided or that we obtained about you;
• provide a portable copy of the personal data you gave us, where technically feasible;
• opt you out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling with significant effects — noting that we do not sell personal data, serve targeted advertising, or perform such profiling.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@overbuildlabs.com from the address associated with your account (or otherwise verify your identity). We will respond within 45 days; if we need more time, we will tell you and may extend once by a further 45 days. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond to your appeal within 60 days with a written explanation. If your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date below and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
